My Engagement

So over break I proposed to my girlfriend on Christmas morning and now I'm engaged. I popped out of a human-sized box and proposed to her in her pajamas. I've been dating Katie for 3 years now, or a little more, and know that I love her very much. If anyone is curious as to the date of my wedding, it is June 13th. Katie already has a job lined up here and I have a very profitable job as well. Financially we're going to be ok. I know it's going to be tough regardless, but its just my next step in life.

This is a very exciting time. I'm sorry I stole your story in English by the way, maybe in the future you can steal one of mine? On another note, have you thought about adding a laser light show to the beginning of your wedding, as the guests come in? Or possibly have everybody zip line down the aisle instead of walk lol.

P.S. Go Red Sox!

So I think that jacob has a great idea here but you DEF need a fog machine to go with the laser lights. And you need to hire the guy with the monster truck voice to introduce Katie when she walks down the isle...traditional weddings are overrated. lol

i'm trying to convince the future mrs. that when they ask for the rings, we'll have a sky-jumper come down from a plain, land outside the church, and bring them in - that way i can say that God has given me divine right over the marriage, and consequently, everyone in attendance

Well, These are all superb ideas I must say. The laser light show might get expensive, however I think Casey has a great idea with the skydiver. If anything went wrong that might put a damper on your wedding. lol. By the way Mr. McArdle I think your proposal execution was quite legit. Very nicely done I'm sure. You should bring the future Mrs. to class one day. :)
